Liposculpture is precise body contouring — not weight loss. We work to refine areas that resist diet and exercise: flanks, abdomen, inner thighs, upper arms, neck. The goal is improved proportion in a stable-weight body, not transformation.

The consultation

We assess skin quality, fat distribution, and the underlying muscle. Liposuction without good skin retraction can leave looseness; we will tell you if your skin needs supportive treatment (RF tightening, or in some cases an excisional procedure).

Our approach

We use tumescent technique (local anaesthetic infiltration) for most cases, sometimes with VASER (ultrasound-assisted) for fibrous areas. Both produce precise, even results with minimal trauma. We are conservative about volumes — over-aggressive removal can leave permanent contour irregularities.

The procedure

One to three hours depending on areas treated. Local sedation for single areas, general anaesthetic for multiple or large-volume cases. Most patients are day-stay; high-volume cases require overnight observation.

Recovery

Compression garment for six weeks, soreness for ten to fourteen days. We ask you to remain on the island for seven days. Lymphatic drainage starts day five. Final result settles at three to four months as swelling fully resolves.
