A long, considered journey told in eight phases — every one of them taken with you, by us, in close coordination.

I

Enquiry

You write to us — by form, email, or WhatsApp. Within twenty-four hours, an English- or Bahasa-speaking concierge replies with a few clarifying questions and a proposed time for an initial video consultation.

II

Video consultation

A private, unhurried call with the surgeon you would actually meet on arrival. Expect forty-five minutes. Many consultations do not lead to surgery — and we are at peace with that.

III

Plan

A treatment plan, a recovery plan, and a stay — sequenced as one document. We review it with you on a second video call before you commit to dates.

IV

Travel

Visa, flights, transfers, accommodation. Our concierge coordinates each. You arrive at Ngurah Rai and our driver is waiting — by name.

V

Pre-op

A final in-person consult, anaesthetic review, and your last evening before surgery — usually in the villa, sometimes in our garden suite at the hospital.

VI

The procedure

Performed in our ACHSI-accredited theatres. You spend at least one night under nursing observation in the hospital.

VII

Recovery

A private villa, daily nursing visits, lymphatic drainage, gentle physio. Most procedures require ten to fourteen days on the island.

VIII

Follow-up

Twelve months of telehealth follow-ups after you fly home. Your surgeon, your concierge, and your nurse remain a single message away.
