Polynucleotides
Non-surgical · Polynucleotides

Tissue,regenerated.

Salmon-DNA-derived injectables for tissue repair — particularly suited to under-eyes, neck, and damaged skin.

I — Overview

Polynucleotides are short-chain DNA fragments (derived from purified salmon DNA) that stimulate tissue regeneration — fibroblast activation, anti-inflammatory action, and improved skin quality. They are best for tired, thin, or damaged skin rather than for adding volume.

The consultation

We assess the area: most commonly the under-eye region, neck, and skin damaged by sun, scarring, or thinning. We will tell you if you would be better served by other technologies (filler, Profhilo, laser) — polynucleotides have a specific niche, and over-using them in the wrong place is wasteful.

Our approach

We use Plinest, Newest, and Pronova for face, neck, and intimate areas respectively. Microinjections placed in a grid pattern; three sessions, two weeks apart, is the standard protocol.

The procedure

Twenty- to thirty-minute appointment per session. Topical anaesthetic; cannula or needle depending on area.

Recovery

Mild redness and small bumps for a few hours. No restrictions on activity. Results visible at four weeks, full effect at three months.

Pricing

Indicative packages, in Australian dollars and Indonesian rupiah. Every plan is priced individually after consultation.

Frequently asked

Yes. The DNA is highly purified and free of any protein components that could cause allergy. They've been used in regenerative medicine for thirty years; cosmetic use is more recent.
PRP uses your own platelets; polynucleotides use a standardised, purified salmon DNA extract. The mechanism (regenerative stimulation) is similar, but polynucleotides give more consistent dosing and effect.
Under-eye area is the standout: thin, damaged skin that doesn't respond well to filler. Also excellent for sun-damaged necks, atrophic scars, and post-cancer skin.
Yes — they complement well. We typically space two weeks apart to manage swelling individually.
Effects build over three sessions and last six to nine months. Maintenance every six months keeps the result going.
