Surgery is a journey that doesn't end at the airport. Our aftercare programme includes five scheduled video follow-ups in the twelve months after your procedure — and unlimited WhatsApp access to your concierge throughout. It is included as standard with every surgical package.
The consultation
Schedule confirmed at discharge: one-week, one-month, three-month, six-month, and twelve-month video reviews. Additional video calls available on request without charge.
Our approach
Each review is a structured 30-minute video call with your surgeon: progress photographs, healing assessment, scar review, and conversation. We document everything; you receive notes after each call.
Between reviews
Your concierge is reachable on WhatsApp 24/7. Photographs of healing progress, questions about wound care, requests for prescription refills — all handled directly.
Beyond twelve months
Many of our patients keep their concierge's WhatsApp on speed dial for years. We don't formally end the relationship at twelve months — we just stop scheduling reviews.
