Letters of support and visa-on-arrival assistance — included with every surgical package.
Most international patients enter Indonesia on visa-on-arrival or e-visa, which is straightforward — but not in every case. We provide letters of support and assistance with visa applications where useful, and we monitor regulatory changes that could affect your travel.
The consultation
Your concierge confirms visa requirements based on your nationality, intended stay length, and procedure type. We provide official letters of support from BIMC Hospital where the visa class requires it.
Our approach
Most countries — Australia, NZ, UK, EU, US, Canada, Singapore, Japan, Korea — use visa-on-arrival or e-visa for stays under thirty days. Longer stays, or stays from countries without VOA agreements, require advance applications which we support.
Arrival immigration
Your concierge meets you airside before immigration where possible (some terminals don't permit), and is in radio contact with you throughout immigration if any questions arise.
Extending if needed
If recovery requires you to stay longer than your visa allows, we coordinate extensions or onward visa applications through Indonesian immigration.
