Clear aligners (Invisalign and equivalents) are removable, transparent trays that progressively reposition the teeth. They suit mild-to-moderate alignment concerns and are nearly invisible in wear — ideal for adults who don't want traditional braces.
The consultation
Comprehensive scan, X-rays, and digital treatment plan. We will show you a 3D simulation of what your teeth will look like at the end of the programme. Most adult cases complete within six to nine months; complex cases may take twelve.
Our approach
Invisalign and bespoke clear-aligner systems. We typically design with attachments — small tooth-coloured bumps bonded to the teeth that help the aligner grip — and IPR (interproximal reduction) where space is needed. Aligners are changed every one to two weeks.
The procedure
Initial fitting appointment (one hour), then six- to eight-week reviews. Most reviews can be done remotely after the initial fitting.
Recovery
Mild discomfort for two to three days each time you change to a new aligner. No diet restrictions (aligners are removed for eating). Final retainers worn nightly for life.
