Once you've flown home, our care continues for twelve months: five scheduled video reviews with your surgeon (one week, one month, three months, six months, twelve months), and unlimited WhatsApp messaging with your concierge throughout. It is included as standard with every surgical and most non-surgical packages.
The consultation
Schedule confirmed at discharge. Reviews are 30 minutes; we send calendar invitations across time-zones. Photographs requested ahead of each review for documented progress.
Our approach
Reviews are with your operating surgeon, not a junior. Concierge available between reviews on WhatsApp 24/7 for any question — wound care, prescription refills, or just reassurance about whether what you're seeing is normal.
During reviews
Photographs reviewed; surgeon checks healing, scar quality, function, and any concerns you raise. Notes documented and shared with you afterwards. Onward referrals if needed (e.g. a local plastic surgeon for revision touch-ups).
Beyond twelve months
Many of our patients keep WhatsApp contact for years. We don't formally end the relationship — we just stop scheduling reviews. Returning patients have priority access for new procedures.
